problema con CPAN

Hola a todos actualmente estoy instalando Pandora FMS pero no puedo por que
ocurre un problema anterior una de sus dependencias es el paquete
Net::Traceroute::PurePerl de perl pero al tratar de instalarlo usando CPAN
me arroga este error:
