Problemas con PHP

Hola a todos:
Estoy trabajando con MsSQL y PHP  sobre windows con Internet Information Server, ya instalé el PHP en su versión 5.1.4 en el servidor donde tengo la base de datos instalado y además ya hice todas las configuraciones pertinentes según explica alguien de la lista pero al ejecutar la página test.php además de brindarme la información al final me da el siguiente  error:

Espero que ustedes puedan ayudarme en algo o por lo menos darme una pista por donde buscar el error.
