Mi empresa esta considerando la posibilidad de contrarar un ingeniero
extranjero con fuertes conocimientos en Linux y VoIP. Se ofrece Sponsorship
para la VISA (un contrato a 2 anios). Saliario sobre 80K/anio + leyes
sociales.

Me pidieron encontrar a alguien y desde luego que pense en la comunidad
chilena.
El candidato debe hablar ingles.

Telephony/DevOps Role :

Strong VoIP/SIP protocol troubleshooting and related standards such as
SRTP/RTP, ICE and G.711
Strong experience in IP networking such as routing, NAT, DNS, VPNs,
firewalls
Experience in SIP PABX, such as Asterisk and FreeSwitch
Experience in SIP proxies such as OpenSIPs and OverSIP
Experience in SIP signaling analysis for SIP Proxy, SBC, Gateway, Trunk,
Registration and bridged media session.
Strong Linux administration (command line only) for updating, patching,
compiling and creating deb packages. Expert in Git.
Virtualization via VirtualBox and Vagrant for local environments
Linux/Bash experience for building of checking tools
Experience in Load Balancing  -- (Opensips, AWS ELB)
Experience in managing AWS resources such as VPC, EC2, ELB, Route53, S3
buckets, IAM, AMI, CloudWatch, Virtual Gateways, Direct Connect links and
BGP routing protocols.
Database administration (PostgreSQL)
Ruby Language -- (software release via Github and logs debugging)
Programming experience with Python, Ruby or Perl.
Experience in web applications deployment (Rails/Django/or any Ruby/Python
framework)
Experience in WebRTC -- (Websockets, HTML5, SIP signaling, media session
establishment)
Security: Managing of CA/CERT certificates, PKI, SSL/TLS, OpenSSL, AWS/IAM
roles, DTLS-SRTP and SDES encryption
Automation: AWS CloudFormation/JSON and/or SaltStack for infrastructure
deployment
Installation/administration of services such as: nginx, redis, postgres,
Happy to read RFC documentation, when necessary
Possess a knowledge of web technologies and web application architectures
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated and takes initiative.
Innovative and creative.
Experience in Agile Scrum teams, including their practices and processes,
in particular supporting Continuous Integration.
