Si es eso lo que buscas dale una mirada a VACUUM FULL

Pero ojo con el tema de "VACUUM FULL is only needed when you have a
table that is mostly dead rows - ie, the vast majority of its contents
have been deleted. " Por lo que entendí ese era tu escenario.
