ejabberd-modules

Hi, i have tried to instal  the ejabberd to save conversation of all
users....i have tried with mod_logxml but i couldn't, i know i am doing
something wrong but i don't know what it is?

i need a module to allow me to save conversations every day and i think this
one is the ideal but i have the doubt ..i use lenny and i have instaled from
the repository of Debian, it would be posible to use mod_logxml or another
module form Debian packet?

acording to the manual i should do the build.sh and generate some files
.beam en ebin but it dosen't work..would you mind to tell me what i am doing
wrong?

 allow me to repeat:

 i had instaled ejabberd 2.0.1 from Debian packet.. does this generate files
standarts( .beam?) would you mind to send those files to me?

are they settled down on /var/lib/ejabberd/?
