Deshabilitar opcion de apagado y reboot

en /etc/gdm.conf, en la seccion [daemon], sale esto:

ovbiamente dejas AllowLogoutActions vacio, en el archivo 
/etc/gdm/gd.conf-custom

en kdm.conf debe haber algo parecido, comentado, no me acuerdo muy bien, 
pero es como lo mismo
