Tienes que informarte mejor. Algunos que mencionas ni siquiera es que
sean compatibles con GPL, sino que ademas _SON_ GPL.

Readline es GPL:

The GNU Readline Library is free software; you can redistribute it
and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as
published by the Free Software Foundation; either version 2, or (at
your option) any later version.

screen es GPL:

screen - terminal multiplexor with VT100/ANSI terminal emulation
    Copyright (C) 1987 Oliver Laumann
    Copyright (C) 1991 Wayne Davidson

    Copyright (C) 1993-2006 Michael Schroeder <mlschroe en immd4.informatik.uni-erlangen.de>

This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify
it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by
the Free Software Foundation; either version 2 of the License, or
(at your option) any later version.

Apache es compatible con GPLv3: http://www.fsf.org/licensing/licenses/

 Apache License, Version 2.0

This is a free software license, compatible with version 3 of the GPL.

Please note that this license is not compatible with GPL version 2, because
it has some requirements that are not in the older version. These include
certain patent termination and indemnification provisions.

PHP tiene una licencia idiota (bueh, como todo lo relacionado con PHP),
pero a quien le importa? (¿quizas eso es otra cosa que arreglaron en
PHP5?)

Bob [Floyd] used to say that he was planning to get a Ph.D. by the "green
stamp method," namely by saving envelopes addressed to him as 'Dr. Floyd'.
After collecting 500 such letters, he mused, a university somewhere in
Arizona would probably grant him a degree. (Don Knuth)
