Perl / make error

Estimados,
Estoy intentando instalar un modulo para Perl, especificamente 
HTML-Template-2.7. Los pasos a seguir segun el readme son:

1. perl Makefile.PL
2. make
3. make test
4. make install

Al ejecutar el primer paso no hay problema, pero al pasar al segundo 
(make), muestra:

make: Warning: File `Makefile.PL' has modification time 1,2e+08 s in the 
future
Makefile out-of-date with respect to Makefile.PL 
/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.5/i386-linux-thread-multi/Config.pm 
/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.5/i386-linux-thread-multi/CORE/config.h
Cleaning current config before rebuilding Makefile...
make -f Makefile.old clean > /dev/null 2>&1 || /bin/sh -c true
/usr/bin/perl Makefile.PL
Checking if your kit is complete...
Looks good

Alguien sabe el por que sucede esto ?
