apache+ssl

Hola, trato de instalar lo sgte. apache_1.3.9+ssl_1.37
tengo gcc 2.95.3, libtool 1.4
y me arroja el stge mensaje...

He probado varias opciones y no encuentro el problema... alguien sabe a que se
debe'?
