problemas con rpm y apt

Hola Lista tengo instalado FC2 en un Pc de ls U, baje el paquete de apt para 
instalarlo (rpm) y cuando trato de hacerlos me sale este error:

[root en portales Desktop]# rpm -ivh apt-0.5.15cnc6-1.1.fc2.fr.src.rpm

y no cacho que cosa es si me pueden ayudar a solucionar esto por fa gracias
