Constantemente requerimos contratar programadores o analistas en este 
caso debe ser bilingüe.

Cuéntame si es posible que puedas apoyarnos con solicitudes como estas, 
si es así te molestare  frecuentemente, para exalumnos de la Casa

Estamos requiriendo contratar los servicios de un “*_Business Analyst 
Bilingüal_*”. A continuación se detallan los requerimientos necesarios 
para este servicio:


  *Position objective*

Actively participate in most of the phases related to Software 
Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Aforementioned encompasses analysis & 
definition, testing and product implementation. This position requires 
working closely with business, operations and technology partners within 
the Market and Banking areas.

*Main responsibilities*

**

ØAnalyze Business Requirements and assist end-users in clearly 
articulating all aspects of their requirements

ØFully understand customer’s needs in order to write functional 
specifications to provide them possible solutions in the committed dates

ØDesign solutions within the committed timeframes that are 
cost/time/complexity effective. Always keep simple to balance complexity 
against time to market

ØTranslate business requirements into functional and technical 
specifications for the development team

ØMaintain relationships and working closely with Business, Operations & 
Technology partners, and communicating expectations/deliverables

ØHelp development team through the design and development phases

ØContribute to generate test cases to Regional Operations before 
implementing the solution in the countries

ØCoordinate Country UAT providing support during this phase and verify 
that the activities are finished on time according the project plan

ØTake ownership and accountability for the end to end implementation of 
business projects in the time and budget committed and assume a 
leadership role within the team and project.

ØRoll-out Regional Cash products to the 21 Latin American countries 
based on the plan agreed with Regional Business

ØWork with internal stakeholders to ensure product’s readiness for 
launch and that all of the support processes and resources are in place 
within Customer Services, Operations, Helpdesk, Training, 
Implementation, etc

ØThe role requires ability to work on a range of concurrent activities

ØEffectively negotiate with their peers in order to accomplish assigned 
goals

ØPublish weekly status of each project under your responsibility to all 
the involved areas

*Specifications / Qualifications*

**

ØBachelor's degree is required(Information System Career)

ØCandidate must have 5+ years of experience in technology projects

ØCommunication Skills: Ability to express ideas effectively in English 
and Spanish (both oral and written)

ØKnowledge: should be comfortable working on technology projects

ØStrong analysis/problem solving skills

ØAbility to communicate effectively at all levels with people of varying 
backgrounds, roles and points of view

ØAble to plan/organize time to meet deadlines

ØFlexibility, and the ability to rapidly respond to changing priorities 
and requirements, is essential.

ØProject Management experience with the ability to interact and work 
effectively with multiple areas.

ØThis person should have the ability to multi-task and support multiple 
projects simultaneously

ØNeeds to be well organized and have a very structured approach to 
managing tasks and problems

ØAbility to respond under pressure to many demands

ØProgramming skills are not required, but basic knowledge of COBOL, SQL, 
DB2 or Oracle would be an advantage

ØKnowledge of Cash Management is desirable (Payments basically)

ØAdvanced PC skills

Hola Vinka:

Mi nombre es Karen Rivero, soy ex alumna de la UTFSM (de hace mil años, 
jaja) y trabajo en Indra Company, generalmente necesitamos 
contratar personas, de perfil programador: Java o .Net., tambien Project 
Manager, pero casi siempre programadores con experiencia.

Habra alguna forma de poder hacer un convenio con Uds para poder reclutar?

Si a respuesta es si, me cuentas como seria el proceso?

Puede involucrar a la Sede?
