problemas al instalar vmware en Ubuntu 9.04

Amigos Listeros:

                         -tengo problemas en la instalación de vmware
workstation para Linux,dado que me arroja el siguiente mensaje una vez que
terminé de instalar y convertir el paquete rpm a deb

Error

luego aparece:
before you can run vmware workstation several modules must be compiled and
loaded into the running kernel
kernel headers

2.6.28-15

kernel headers for version 2.6.28-15 were not found .if you installed them
in a not default path .,you can specify

the path below .Otherwise refer to your distribution's documentation for
instalation instruccions ,and click Refresto search again in default
locations.

¿Alguien de la lista se ha enfrentado a esta situación?
