Adaptador Dlink WUA-2340 no funciona despues de un warm reboot.

Hola:

Estoy usando un adaptador USB-WiFi  Dlink WUA-2340, con ndiswrapper,
en Ubuntu 8.04, con un kernel 2.6.24-23-server. Cuando prendo la
maquina (cold reboot), el adaptador funciona OK (se conecta al acces
point, obtiene la IP del servidor DHCP, etc). Sin embargo, si hago un
warm reboot ($sudo reboot), el adaptador desaparece. Mas abajo estan
los mensajes que obtengo despued de un warm reboot y despues de un
cold reboot.

He buscado usando el mensaje de error, pero no encontre nada. Alguna
pista de como arreglar el problema?
