Server Correo Dovecot+Postfix

Estimados, tengo un servidor de correo con dovecot y postfix....

los correos llegan sin mayor problema, pero en el envio se demoran
demasiado... (horas).

les envio la configuracion y los log haber si me pueden ayudar un poco. se
los agradecerìa llevo 2 dìas viendo el tema.
