USB Lento. ¿¿Por que?? ni idea....

tengo la sgte duda, en mi linux la transferencia de archivos al dispositivos USB es sumamente lenta, esto no ocurre asi en winxp
 
a que se podria deber esto??
 
es una lata esperar tanto para pasar mi musica al pen.
 
estoy casi seguro que tengo todo el soporte usb activado, ahi van
