Problema al instalar "tovid" con apt en suse 9.3

Tengo SUSE 9.3

apt-get instalado y cofigurado 0 dramas

Al ponerle "apt-get install tovid-dev tovid" me sale el siguiente
error: (como root)

desinstale el paquete libffmpeg0 con yast

Le di denuevo a apt-get install tovid

me dice que hay una instalacion "broken" o rota al parecer que tire
ese comando "apt-get --fix-broken install" y lo instala denuevo
