acx100 chipset

Estimada Lista Tecnica:

ha caido en mis manos una tarjeta D-Link AirPlusG+ modelo dwl-g650+

uso MDK 10.1. official, y al insertarla en la ranura y leer dmesg aparece lo 
sgte:

obviamente por la informacion entregada, es un driver experimental, he buscado 
en la pagina del proyecto acx100.sf.net pero no es mucha la info, solo que al 
parecer esta tarjeta a veces funciona y a veces no.....

se me hace que quizas se pueda hacer algo con respecto a lo que dice mas 
arriba "ERROR: no directory for firmware file specified, ABORTING. Make sure 
to set module parameter 'firmware_dir'! (specified as absolute path!)"
tal vez solo falta alguna indicacion de algun tipo.....

entonces la pregunta es: alguien tiene experiencia con esta tarjeta?? o quizas 
se le ocurra algo leyendo este log??

o ndiswrappers?? estuve probandolo y al parecer instala el driver (o algo 
asi), pero no se si sera necesario crear el archivo de configuracion para la 
tarjeta...porque al parecer no es automatico.....
