Estube navegando y encontre en http://www.opcconnect.com/delphi.php#freesource un sever opc , cliente y otras pero tienes que bajar http://www.borland.com/downloads/download_kylix.html esa puede ser una mejor solucion Cuentame como te va ;-) suerte
