Problemas con velocidad de descargas

1.- para forzar la velocidad hay un ejemplo mejor en "man hostname.if"
     pero en definitiva en el archivo /etc/hostname.if debes colocar al
final "media 100Base TX media-opt   full-duplex"   ,(verificar, creo que hay
una letra de mas)

2.- Lo otro fijate en el /etc/sysctl.conf, tienes habilitado el
tcp.mtudiscovery?
a mi en el 3.9 se me ha portado super lento el servidor, he tenido que
configurar el switch Cisco para que ande bien, parece que el 3.9 se
acortaron algunos time out.

3.- Tienes el PF activado con scrub?

4.- si conectas un PC o servidor directo al OpenBSD la tasa igual es de 1.8?

5.- haz probado bajando la MTU a 1472?
