Saludos

> More and more governments are opening their data for use by others. Government as a Platform (GaaP) is a recent phenomenon in which governments start developing smart platforms which can be used by application developers, users, citizens and others to deliver public value. GaaP provides the flexibility to connect to other systems, is able to integrate new functions and intelligence, provides collaboration tools and is able to share and disclose data. In this talk Prof. Janssen will discuss what GaaP is, provide examples, and outline future development and research opportunities.
