nuestro nuevo concurso de Innovación Abierta ADN BCI 2014, con los 
siguientes desafíos :

• Nuevas y mejores formas que faciliten la administración y gestion ágil 
de los reclamos

• Nuevos productos o servicios no financieros (complementadores) o 
herramientas de autoatención financieras que permitan mejorar la 
propuesta del banco para Empresarios


en nuestra ultima versión, 2013. contamos con la participación abierta 
de sus alumnos , logrando muy buenos resultados, gracias a la 
oportunidad que nos dieron de llegar a ellos promocionando este concurso 
a través de pequeñas intervenciones, esperamos poder repetir esa 
experiencia.
