> FYI – HP has launched a scholarship program for women to create innovative solutions on HP Helion OpenStack and develop women in technology (see http://go.hpcloud.com/scholarship-registration).

> This (pilot) program, led by HP Cloud Marketing, HR Staffing, and the Open Source Program Office, provides four $10K scholarships to women currently in school and mentors them to complete projects specific to HP Helion.  The application process is open until mid-November, the program and HP’s leadership with women and technology will be reinforced at November’s OpenStack Summit, and scholarship recipients will be announced at HP Discover in December.
