FreeBSD en VMWARE

Amigos por diversos problemas (cambio de trabjo de por medio) estoy 
instalando FreeBSD 4.8 en un maquina virtual VMware, funciona OK pero no he 
podido levantar las X, cuando le doy startx se muere con un error diciendo :
